California Governor Goodwin J. Knight chats with Solons pitcher Ed Cereghino before the 1955 season opener at Edmonds Field. Cereghino, who last played in the PCL for the Seals in 1951, was with the Kansas City Blues in the American Association before coming to Sacramento. He is scheduled to start today's game for the Solons. |
